At Integrity Dance Studio, we believe structure helps our students thrive. We’ve established these policies to protect the well-being of dancers, support our teachers, and ensure that classes run smoothly.

Your commitment to Integrity Dance Studio by Kelsey Gray includes keeping your account balances current.
Tuition payment is due monthly. Monthly tuition is based on the average of 3.6 classes per month. Some months have as few as (2) two weeks others have as many as (5) five.
Payments are due on the (1st) first of each month. There is a 10 day grace period. Any account unpaid after the (10) tenth of the month will have a late fee of $15 applied.
Methods of payment accepted: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Payments may be made anytime online through your parent portal or in person at the studio during regular studio hours.
A 3% convenience fee will be applied to all Summer Camp and Summer Technique Class payments made by credit or debit card. This applies to tuition payments only and does not include costume or dancewear transactions.
Starting August 1, 2026 there will no longer be a convenience fee added to tuition.
You have the option to set up a monthly automatic draft either through your parent portal or by contacting Integrity Dance Studio. Monthly drafts will occur on the 1st of each month and will include tuition AND any other outstanding balance.
You will not receive a statement for your monthly tuition/fees. Monthly fees will be posted to your account by the 20th of the prior month. You may check your account online at any time. If at any time you would like a printed statement of your account you may request one.
There will be a $15 fee for all returned checks.
If tuition is more than one month overdue, students may not return to class until tuition is brought current.
Recital costume fees will be posted to your account in September. Costume fees are due November 15th, however, you may pay any amount towards your costume fees beginning in September. Costume fees range from $88-$98 per costume. Each costume will come in a hanging garment bag with a new pair of tights.
Integrity Dance Company Costumes fees will be posted on your accounts once your Company Agreement Form has been signed. Competition costume fees are due by October 15th to ensure delivery dates. You may pay any amount towards your costume fees once they are posted.
Recital fees will be posted to your account in February and are due March 1st. The recital fee is $75/student; or $100/family.
Your child will not be allowed to participate in the recital unless your account is paid in full by the Thursday before recital weekend in May.
Registration fee, costume fees, recital fees and tuition are non-refundable. There are no refunds for missed or dropped classes.
All requests for processing payments or placing dancewear orders must be made at the studio.
I authorize and agree that Integrity Dance Studio by Kelsey Gray, LLC may take and use photographs and videos of my child/the minor child for whom I am a legal guardian for promotional and marketing purposes.
For privacy purposes, no dancer's name will be disclosed without prior parental consent. I understand and agree that I do not have any rights to these photographs/videos, and I will not be compensated for them.
IF YOU DO NOT AUTHORIZE, READ ON.
I agree to contact Mrs. Kelsey by email, stating that I DO NOT authorize the use of photos and videos of my child. If registering online via the website, I agree to state that I DO NOT authorize the use of photos and videos of my child in the comment section of the registration form below.
I understand that I will then receive a confirmation email from Integrity Dance Studio, as sent by Kelsey Gray, confirming that my child has been added to the No Picture/Video List.
I authorize Integrity Dance Studio by Kelsey Gray and its owners, directors, teachers, and employees to use standard first aid procedures on my child/the minor child for whom I am the legal guardian should it be needed.
I also authorize Integrity Dance Studio, owned and operated by Kelsey Gray, and its owners, directors, teachers, and employees to contact emergency medical responders in the event of an emergency situation involving my child/the minor child for whom I am a legal guardian.
I certify that I personally and/or my medical insurance carrier will be responsible for all expenses which are incurred in relation to any injury sustained during any Integrity Dance Studio by Kelsey Gray activity, including but not limited to a dance class, competition, performance, recital, etc.
I understand and agree that in participating in any dance or cheer class, rehearsal, performance, competition, or an at-home virtual class, there is a possibility of physical injury and, in rare circumstances, death.
I agree to release and hold harmless Integrity Dance Studio by Kelsey Gray, LLC, including its directors, instructors, dancers, staff members, and facilities, from any and all claims of liability now and in the future, for any personal injury or personal property damage.
I accept full responsibility for providing adequate health and accident insurance coverage to protect my child/the minor child for whom I am a legal guardian, who participates in any class, program, or activity.
I declare that my child/the minor child for whom I am a legal guardian is in good health, with no physical conditions that might prevent his/her participation in strenuous and rigorous dance activities and training.
I understand and acknowledge that, due to the physical nature of dance and cheer, there may be physical contact with directors, instructors, and other students during dance/cheer instruction, rehearsals, competitions, and other performances. I understand that, at times, physical contact is necessary for proper instruction and safety.
